Aldo's Pizzeria - Piatti

Had a delicious meal at Aldo's. The restaurant is very nice inside and the food was great. Polite staff also. First visit but we will definitely be returning. Would recommend.

Went to Aldos CLECKHEATON for a meal , haven’t been in years due to covid etc. The course meal was fantastic , service was brilliant. Meals arrived promptly no waiting. Waiter service was excellent and polite.

We had a lovely New Years Eve takeaway. Food arrived on time, was piping hot and absolutely delicious. We’ve had Aldo’s takeaway throughout the pandemic and change of ownership and we can honestly say that the food and high standards haven’t changed at all. Happy...New Year Team Aldo’s and thankyou!

We ended up visiting Aldo’s as second choice, but this place should definitely be everyone’s first choice ! The fillet steak was both large and so tender. The Vesuvius sauce was not hot as it sounds, but was so flavour some. My partner had the...king prawn and rice, which sounds boring but the sauce was so tasty. All the staff were so friendly and attentive. We were not rushed at all even though we were probably the last to leave and our southern accents didn’t make any difference. If you are in Yorkshire make the effort to visit. You won’t be disappointed.

Staff service lovely, lovely to see all our family, but the food for me is nothing special. Deep fried brie starter just greasy, two flat pieces of processed/frozen/ready made just tasted of the grease they where fried in for Fillet steak for main,...fillet was a large cut of meat but I asked for peppercorn sauce and it just came in the middle of the plate swimming in sauce with cheap frozen fries on the side in bowl, would expect real chips. Visited here for family birthdays intending to eat Italian food. I had forgotten that they also serve Indian food. Hard to choose as I love both! In the end 3 of our party had indian the other 3 Italian. Both menus extensive with lots of dishes I hadn't come across before. Every one of us had starter and main and every dish absolutely faultless. Served piping hot and nicely presented. You can also see onto the Italian kitchen which is always a good sign. The service was excellent. Extensive wine list although only wanted one glass on work night. Will absolutely visit here again to try indian. My husband said his curry was the best he's had in a long time.

This was always one of our family favourite restaurants and a Go-to venue for us. I am writing this as the last couple of times we have had mixed experiences and maybe a 3.5 would be a fairer score. On our last visit the starters were good with a nice Mozzarella in Carrozza and a good Tagliatelle alla Paesana starter. Our granddaugher enjpoyed her penne all moda and the pasta was ok. However the pizzas were not good with the bottom of my diavola very hard. The ham on the prosciutto just did not look right and we took that off as it looked very old. I order a meal at for one to be delivered through Just Eat this was Cleckheaton to Cleckheaton and was told it would it be delivered to at rang Aldo’s it took them to answer l was then...ignored by no one spoke l waited a good could here people shouting l then put the phone down and rang back which was engaged after about someone answered he said the meal was on its way then he said he will check yes he said it will be to minutes the meal arrived at They forgot cans of the pizza was lukewarm and hard the pasta penne arrabiata was over cooked the container was on top of the container which had the tiramisu in it been sat under the metal container was lukewarm by now.
