Good room, great breakfast, unfortunately was Monday rest day, so we had to eat out!!

It was really super beautiful, very warm and loving... also the dishes were excellent... great inn with super hospitality and a great starting point for many hikes

we were in the kesselalm last Sunday and only accidentally discovered this little restaurant. very beautiful house and very beautiful lady. we have eaten fresh asparagus and really an honest sauce hollandaise and were more than satisfied. always liked. next time we take a knödelkochkurs and stay overnight! Wir sind schon seit Jahren immer wieder an der Alten Bergmühle vorbeigagangen und es hat zum Abendessen nie gepasst. Jetzt haben wir es endlich einmal geschafft und es hat sich gelohnt. Eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Wirtin hat uns begrüßt und zum Tisch geführt. Die Bedienung war prompt und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Speisekarte ist reichhaltig und hat einen gewissen Schwerpunkt auf verschiedenen Knödeln, die wir allerdings nicht probiert haben,Unsere Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft und auch Sonderwünsche wurden gerne erfüllt.

Wirtin very friendly and accommodating-here the guest still counts and you feel very welcome here. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty,all wishes were immediately accepted. Also the a' la carte food in the evening was huge, and the taste was very fine. The rooms were rather simple, yet everything was available and the most important: very clean and good mattresses. The hostess mastered the booked knödelkurs with Bravour, even as a well-known hobby cook I could still look at some tips and tricks. So a successful weekend in the beautiful Fischbachau- only to recommend!

Through a voucher for a gondola cooking course at Michaela, we have met the Alte Bergmühle and felt very comfortable. The course itself has made us a lot of fun.Michaela's passion for dumplings was clearly felt and under her friendly instructions we have prepared various hearty and sweet dumplings. These were then served as a very good menu to our group.In the evening we stayed there and felt very comfortable in the spacious room. The rich breakfast we ordered in the evening before and enjoyed the next morning.Michaela their staff are warm and friendly and the environment is beautifully landscaped and you can make very nice hikes from there.We will recommend the farm Alte Bergmühle and the c...
