"we visited the latest opening of the salt house group for lunch during the sunny easterpause. salt house bacaro serves Italian inspired small plates and is located a few doors from san carlo on the castle street. the opposite is like a small Italian town with olive and piccolinos also close. the restaurant fills the Italian small plates empty since the closing of pesto in liverpool one. the decor has a warehouse/factory feeling that appears in these days as standard and is similar to the artisan in some and byron liverpool with respect to to ton and atmosphere. we are fans of salt house tapas from the same group that the Spanish equivalent if they never guessed from the name. as lunch we decided to order a few dishes from the lunch menu and some from the a la carte. the lunch is 3 small teller from a set menu similar to salt house tapas, but minus the brot. the main menu has a varied mix of cichetti, charcuterie, pizzette, fish, meat and veg"

an interesting menu, many great small tasting dishes well made with care. good service and a wide bar range round off at night. a little loud, but great to sit on the bar or outside and see liver pool by.

Perfect Italian food with delicious tapas and pizza. We have 2 pizzas, pasta fillet of beef with prawn, risotto, 2 drinks and a Tiramisu. Unparalleled tastes ! Excellent environment in the evening, Inside and outdoor seating.

we had dinner tonight in the salt house bacaro were the dinge really good. from ambiente to the service everything was excellent. my favorite tapas were the spicy salami pizza, the risotto, the salted caramel dark chocolate pot for dessert.

This restaurant is fantastic! They offer separate gluten-free options on both their a la carte and daily lunch menus. I tried the confit chicken pizzette, pan-fried sea bass, and fries from the lunch menu, and they were incredibly delicious.

This place is so charming and has the absolute yummiest food. We were able to get 2 seats at the bar at around 615pm on a Friday night. Hard to decide on our favorites, since everything was so good! Really, really, honestly great food here! Open up a location in San Francisco!

Found this gem online while visiting Liverpool. Amazing small plates Italian that has something for everyone. From the personal pizzettes to the buttermilk Panko fried chicken with Mac and cheese, it didn't fail to impress. Don't miss the hummus with jam, and the beef with tempura prawns. Affagato for an ending was perfect!

Great concept! Small Italian plates. Professionally made interesting cocktails too! Cool and hip location in a nice area. Great place for a fun date. You order several plates for the table. They come out separately, when they are ready. So you have to be a little flexible. Everything we had was good. And I heard the people round me mentioning they loved what they ordered.
