A beautiful village and the prime location but it is the family that own and operate this bar which make the experience special and Tuscan. If you are touring go there and if you like beautiful Tuscan wine buy some from the owners shop around the corner. He is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ristorante scelto x caso. Terrazza fresca e piacevole. Ottimo, veramente ottimo vino Chianti (essendo una enoteca ho poi acquistato una bottiglia da portare a casa). We ate here on two occasions. Lovely wine list and the Hugo spritz was popular. Food was excellent. The Tuscan sausages and fagioli was delicious along with the pasta in a cream sauce and meat ragout. The melanzane parmigiana was also excellent. The chocolate cake was also very good along with the tiramisù. Would definitely recommend and friendly staff and owners too.

Questo è un posto incredibile con cibo assolutamente delizioso e un'ospite meravigliosa (Carolyn). Abbiamo mangiato qui almeno una volta al giorno nei nostri 4 giorni a Radda, la colazione è meravigliosa così come il pranzo. I dolci sono fantastici. Il Bar Dante apprezza i suoi clienti, li fa sentire apprezzati e amati ed è uno dei pochi locali a Radda dove si parla inglese. Utile perché non parliamo italiano.

We have stopped by Bar Dante a couple of times during our stay in Radda. The first thing that strikes you is that the owner Carolyn is from England. She is just lovely. She is happy to share her story (short version) of how she ended up in Radda but turns out she has written a book. Brought the book and am halfway through. It is a very light and easy read. What can we say about the food here? Amazing. Everything we have tasted on the menu is incredible. We have had beef tartare (best we have ever tasted) bruschetta, lasagna, chicken cacciatore and pasta! A very memorable place to visit and enjoy your meal. Visualizza piatti
