"my family arrived and ordered lunch for three people at about 1250. the starter garlic bread came out at about 1.50. the main course arrived after i politely reminded the waitress at about 2.15. the restaurant was about half full. how they would cope if it was full is beyond me. they should have warned us before we sat down. 2 of the main courses were fine. the 3rd the pizza was only luke warm. my daughter was too hungry to complain. she was afraid of having to wait again, if we asked them to reheat it. we weren't the only ones. the couple sat next to us had a similar wait. they at least got a couple of free drinks to placate them. they need to get some staff in. those that were there were run ragged. we got given some 30% off vouchers for a return visit. we wont be using them. for the sake of clarity, i personally didn't order for myself. my wife and children did. i was with them, but ate elsewhere ."

Amazing food and drinks at a great value for money also. Good 50% discount offer. Pizza and pasta fresh and tasted so good. Really good menu knowledge from the manager for our kids with allergies. Made us feel safe we can always eat here

Ideal stop off for lunch when busy Christmas shopping, service quick, food just as expected, tasty not haute cuisine. Staff are friendly, quickly efficient... two of today’s staff on ‘loan’ from Peterborough branch are Hatfield’s gain. Been before and will certainly visit again.

The service was really slow, we waited quite a while for our main course even though the restaurant was empty apart from a childrens party. Then after waiting what seemed like ages for a cold dessert, (their special) we cancelled and left. Apparently the kitchen couldn't find the sauce! Visualizza piatti

If i could give a negative star I would, the tables weren't clean, sat there for a good 15 mins without being served even though it wasn't that busy, it was cold in there and the manager had the audacity to blame us for not finding him to say we were ready to order... Disgraceful service!

Wowwww the allergy knowledge of this team in this restaurant is second to known. My family all have different allergies and always worry when eating out but today we managed to all eat a nice big meal without worrying. Thanks to the manager a tall guy and server Olivia for all the help. Will definitely return back and tell our friends
