"This place is so good, we actually went 3 times!!!! The menu is really good not the usual Colmar fare, but a variety of dishes to suit all tastes! They offer 3 'formules ' so you know what the cost of the food is regardless of what you choose to eat. Between us, we tried quite a few things on the menu but my favourite wasx the butcher 's choice a most wonderful steak cooked exactly to my request. There was a thunderstorm the last night we ate there and I moved seconds before the cover just above me gave way had I been sitting there I wouild have been completely soaked!! They quickly moved us indoors and coped with the situation extremely well. The wine list is extremely reasonable and with two G&Ts and a bottle of wine, the bill didn 't exceed 126euros on any of our visits. Highly recommended!"

"A pleasant moment of gustative pleasure. A treat for taste buds, delicious dishes and special mention for Hida beef which is exceptional tenderness and cuts like butter. Everything is as magical, the stage of the dishes is at the height of the delicious tasting. The staff is on top and cherry on the cake they have Chateldon. From the beginning to the end everything is perfect. As we always go down to the hotel attached to the restaurant, we will not fail to redo this restaurant. A real treat. Bravo to all these little hands."
