Castello, the place that never drops below expectation. We visit here for the special occasions, birthdays etc and the food and service is always exceptionally good. Would highly recommend to anyone who has not tried it.

Excellent food, attentive staff, a very enjoyable meal with six friends. On a very hot evening the restaurant was very comfortable. Just disappointing that we do not live locally and probably will not be able to visit again. Visualizza piatti

The restaurant is the best I’ve ever been, the food was delicious, I loved the taste of the food, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was so so welcoming and nice. I highly recommend the restaurant. Definitely worth trying!

Recently had my daughter's 30th Birthday Party at Castellos Yeovil. We were a large party, the service was outstanding, food was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble even carrying the cake in for me! Highly recommend and will definitely be holding more family celebrations there.

We booked a large table here for the night before our wedding and we're thrilled we did. The team were so helpful in advance and on the night, ensuring everything ran smoothly and delivering delicious food for 20 people without a single issue. We received a friendly and polite welcome. It was so hot I was very glad that I had chosen to have dinner at Castello. They have a large area outside with well spaced tables with sun shade umbrellas. Sitting there we thought we really were in Italy. The menu offered a very good choice of Italian/Mediterranean dishes. The fish and salads we had were really memorable!!

We probably go to the Castello once per month, why? Because its simply the best authentic Italian pizzas around. Having spent 4-months living in Italy I love a good pizza and discovering the Castello was a joy, it’s an absolute gem. The food and atmosphere are always superb and the staff are second to none. We always go on a cinema night and my wife enjoys the Fiorintina pizza, no Parmesan but with Parma ham and I always have the Castello Special and a side of fries. Both Pizzas are absolutely superb and so delicious. If you’re in the Yeovil area I highly recommend the Castello, you won’t be disappointed, it’s simply the best.

This restaurant is a hidden gem, and somewhat tardis-like (you’ll see what I mean when you go there). Ate there twice within a week; once for a planned birthday celebration, the other an impromptu exam-success celebration. Staff are always so attentive, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere pleasant (it’s always nice to be able to hear what the people on your own table are saying, rather than competing with the cacophony of noise from surrounding tables). Yes, it’s a smidge more expensive than the restaurant chain around the corner (we’re talking less than a couple of pounds per dish more), but, for us, the additional cost is more than justified by the overall experience and quality of t...
