"Our family of 5 arrived at 1pm for our lunch reservation. 40 minutes went by before bread was even brought to the table and wine opened. The waitress did not ask one of us to sample the wine first before continuing to pour for everybody. The pasta we ordered for our 3-year old arrived with everybody else’s plates about an hour after ordering. She was really starting to get fussy due to being hungry and bored… The restaurant was kind to give her a coloring book with crayons however they completely missed the mark on service and timing. Lastly, the restaurant only had another table of two aside from our group so we really didn’t understand why everything was so slow… lack of staff perhaps? That being said, the food was quite tasty but after waiting so long I think even a piece of cardboard with butter would’ve sufficed as an appetizer…"

if I could give it six stars, I would have! loved her cotolett by far the thickest thing I had, and most juicy) and the thunfischsteak with geeseeleber was the best!

Il Concept 45 è l'Aperitivo Bar dell'Hilton Milan. Per 10 euro vi servono una bevanda decente come una grande birra e portare sei bit e bob per masticare, così come una bella tazza di patatine. Ho pensato che fosse un affare piuttosto buono con antipasti di alta qualità. Anche il servizio molto cordiale e disponibile. Visualizza piatti

this restaurant is definitiw 5 stars! the service was excellent. the atmosphere was covered and wonderful. I would highly recommend the Kotolette-Veal with cheese and mushrooms. beautiful crispy on the outside, but moist on the inside. the French fries with seasonal salt were a great addition. my wife had the risotto with knochenmark. they really liked it even though they tried to avoid red meat. we stayed in the hilton and were pleasantly surprised to find such a great restaurant in our hotel

Il ristorante è proprio il bar della hall dell'hotel, infatti, si può vedere perfettamente chi sta uscendo o entrando nell'hotel. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto da condividere (sfere di verdure) che era insipido. Poi abbiamo ordinato il misto fritto di pesce con verdure per due persone, che è stato una totale delusione. C'erano pochi piccoli pezzi di pesce secco, 1 gamberetto (per un piatto per due persone) ed era completamente freddo. Abbiamo detto alla cameriera che era freddo appena l'abbiamo assaggiato, lei ha portato via il piatto per scaldarlo, e l'ha riportato, appena tiepido. Molto caro e totalmente deludente. Non ci tornerei mai.

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
