"We had a reservation at Del Arte and having been there last year and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. On this occasion however the service and food were terrible. Having made a reservation made no difference and we were shown to the first available table. The sullen waitress could hardly be bothered taking our order which arrived promptly but verging on being cold. After waiting for forty minutes for our main course I complained to a chap who seemed to have some authority and our food miraculously appeared within thirty seconds. It looked and tasted as if it had been left out for the last half hour waiting to be claimed. The waitress shrugged telling us there was nothing she could do. The sign out front stated under new management. All I can say is bring back the old management, either way we certainly won't be back."

quality of the pizza present, but what disappointment, I order a pizzetta with salad, about 25% cheaper than the traditional, and I have a mini mini pizza 3 times smaller than the traditional. oops it makes the three salad tips

On 5th July 2019 . This was my worst dining experience ever !!!!!! It took 40 minutes to provide water and take our drinks order . After a further 30 minutes 2 of the 5 children's meals arrived . About an hour later still no food for the rest of the party ,despite being asked repeatedly. We were told they were extremely busy and yet people who arrived after us were served. At this point we left the restaurant. I have never experienced anything like this in mylife. Appalling service.

By chance on Sunday noon, avoiding pasta and pizza, to change, we ordered a firenze escalope with risotto and a risotto with Santiago. We were not disappointed: It had taste, it was perfectly cooked, especially for the Saint James who could become rubber! We really enjoyed it. We have finished on ravioli Mamma Mia...
