I think that visiting this restaurant has just changed my trips to Madrid and vice versa. Given what there is on the road, it is worth going to Albacete if you want to eat well and enjoy yourself. One of the best restaurants to eat at in Spain. Price-wise, it's on the higher end but the price to quality ratio is excellent so you'll definitely get what you paid for. The restaurant is set in a 150 year old house (or more accurately a complex of houses at the time) and is decorated with a myriad of photographs, knick-knacks, and Spanish furniture.
