"We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Giustospirito restaurant in Reggio Emilia on a weeknight. Located in an imposing building with large windows that allow you to take a look inside, in particular the area dedicated to beer production, the place welcomed us with a welcoming and evocative atmosphere. Once you crossed the threshold, the interior proved to live up to the expectations created by the outside: a spacious room with different types of tables, one part of which was slightly raised to give a touch of originality. The furnishings, with references to the world of beer and tradition, contributed to creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The tables, simply but carefully set, were comfortable and impeccably clean. We opted for a fresh and tasty mixed salad with olives and stracciatella as a starter: a delicate and rich dish, with tasty olives and a fresh stracciatella that blended harmoniously with the vegetables. We then savored a succulent slice of beef with rocket, lettuce and roasted potatoes in their skins. The meat, fresh and tender, was cooked rare, although we would have appreciated a light extra crust to enhance the flavour. However, overall, the tagliatelle was tasty and definitely recommended. The roasted potatoes with rosemary were really delicious and proved to be a perfect accompaniment, all accompanied by their craft beer. The dessert menu featured a vast selection of delicacies that are sure to please any palate. Giustospirito in Reggio Emilia confirms itself as an ideal place for quick lunches or relaxing dinners in the company of good food and good company. Highly recommended! Ho preso una pizza al metro, che purtroppo non era sufficiente per 2 persone; la paghi come una pizza al metro, ma ha solo 6 fette. Purtroppo è stata una delusione, perché ci piace veramente la loro pizza, ma se lo avessimo saputo avremmo sicuramente ordinato 2 pizze.
