Food average but ruined with extremely poor service. Made incorrect cocktail and rather than just accepting the mistake and discounting the bill, insisted on still charging 50% and wanting to place blame on one of the young waitresses, when ironically it was the managers fault. Extremely unprofessional, could have left with happy customers if they weren’t so frugal with £5 worth of drink, which would have been poured down the drain anyway. Visualizza piatti

Wish we had went to local takeaway instead as nothing tasted fresh. We got sweet and sour chicken which wasnt cooked fresh, chicken had already been cooked then warmed up when ordered. Chicken was so hard to cut and chew, this was same for my toddlers honey chilli chicken kids meal which came with rice that didn’t seem fresh either. My partner got a pint of corona draft and he said it tasted watered down. £10 tip had been added to our bill at the end too, which seemed a bit much for the service we had received. Would never go back.

Our bums did not even touch the seats and we were asked what we wanted to drink. A minute later im still in the process of removing my jacket and the staff came back to ask what i wanted to eat!! I didnt even have a chance to look and see what colour the menu was never mind decide what i wanted to eat. After we told the staff that wed like a few more minutes... 5 minutes passed and we were asked another 5 times what we'd like to eat. The whole ordeal seemed like they wanted us in and out like a double cheese burger from mc donalds. The food came super fast like sonic chasing hoops. NOT FRESH, the freshest thing in that restaurant was the roker sea breeze. Avoid if you like food x

First time visiting with my partner and month old. We were running a bit late as we struggled to find parking so of course I rang up to let them know we’d be about minutes late shouldn’t of been an issue! I was spoken to so rudely by a man who said “so you’re minutes late and going to be another minutes?” I explained the situation and he then hung up. I’ve worked in hospitality for years and I know, as would anyone, that this is not the way to speak to your customers! When we arrived the only man working was the manager which makes this even worse as it was obviously him who I had spoke to on the phone.
