"Disappointed twice... I order by phone, I ask if it is possible to have a cream-based pizza instead of a tomato base, they tell me no problem. I come and get it, I eat it and I realize that there is no base in it. It can happen ; that evening I decide to recommend a pizza, I choose and ask for cream base instead of tomato base. I go to get my pizza, I start to eat and there...... tomato base instead of cream base..... I speak French though!! The main thing is not to say yes to the client, just to say no, it's not possible or if it is possible, do the client's request."
