Very nice restaurant and excellent food. I shared the duck (specialty de la maison...) - and it was VERY good. Friendly service and reasonable pricing for Paris - I can definitively recommend this place.

Every order was wrong. Food was ok.....but the service was just awful. In a lovely location but not worth it. Standard french food cooked with out flair. We left without having dessert because it was that unpleasant.

We first went to this restaurant about 20 years ago (when it was called Rotisserie Beaujolais) and loved it so much that we talked the management into selling us a couple of the waiters' aprons, which we cherish to this day. We have been back every time we have been there. It's been several years and a name change, but this time the chicken was dry and over cooked. Not at all what we remembered. Not going back.

This has always been one of our favorite restaurants, but it closed for renovation and is now open under the "d'Argent" name of its owner. The decor is updated and lovely (and now air-conditioned!). The signature chicken is still superb, but you have to request the amazing mashed potatoes (it comes with french fries - boring). The prices are a bit more reasonable, the entrees a little less quirky, and the wine list improved. Ask for a very cramped but wonderful table by the window.

Turned out as a great restaurant known for duck. Waiters were super kind and gave us perfect suggestions of menu. We had Omar salad, colorful tomato salad, Famous duck, and delicious fruit tart. Restaurant de la famille de la Tour d'Argent. Esprit Bistrot. Le cadre est plutôt accueillant. Les cuisines / rotissoire est ouverte sur la salle : plutôt sympa.Service rapide (trop).En entrée j'ai pris la terrine du chef : une tranche et sa compotée d'oignon ; un peu chiche à mon gout car on s'attend à du terroir, esprit bistrot oblige ; terrine que j'ai trouvé un peu fade. Par contre les rognons était très bien servi, accompagné d'une sauce à la moutarde violette. Purée correcte, sans plus.Les desserts sont sans intérêt.Vin un peu cher.Rapport qualité-prix défavorable.

Restaurant jouxtant la pâtisserie de la tour d'argent , on espère qu'il doit dans la lignée de cet établissement frère .Hélas , beaucoup d'attente . Les accompagnements des plats ne sont qu'à base de pomme de terre ( purée ou écrasée) servi avec parcimonie.a facturerNe vous avisez pas à demander un peu de supplément afin de terminer votre plat . Cela vous sera facturé 4 € pour 2 cuillère à soupe de pomme de terre !!De plus endroit extrêmement bruyant Ou l'on ne vous apporte aucune attention.Ou est l'esprit de la gastronomie française .. ! Endroit où le chiffre d'affaire importe plus que la qualité de la cuisine.

Our online reservation didn't come through, but we got the last table in the house, in the back of the restaurant near the toilets.I had snails and duckling with seasonal fruit. Service was really fast. We didn't get any bread until mains, which was a pity because the herby garlic sauce with snails would have been a nice dipping sauce. The duckling was very nicely cooked, the meat was still pink and soft.I was too stuffed to try any desserts. Moreover, it was getting so hot it was very uncomfortable and we just wanted to leave. Maybe because we were seated in the back corner, not sure. Service was fine, the staff was very friendly but it took us 15mins to pay the bill. Visualizza piatti
