"Time to revisit the Landgasthof Talhaus since a new chef and owner took over on Feb 1 2018. An full house and an extensive menu with new waiting staff could be a recipe for a challenge for the new team but must admit, you shouldn’t want to be rushed for enjoying a very nice surprise of dishes with great value for money in this part of the world. Very good vitello tonnato, and a Melazone with fresh Gamberini that I would expect at a seaside Osteria in Sicily rather than landlocked Bubendorf. The team still needs some breaking in and not all dishes were as impressive as my main course, but a locals we shall certainly return to sample more of the pasta delicacies in this new setup. Das Restaurant Talhaus ist wirklich ein nettes, feines und zu empfehlendes Restaurant. Der Chef hat uns zuvorkommend empfangen und bedient. Die Speisekarte hat eine gute Auswahl an italienischen Spezialitäten. Vor allem die Trüffelravioli sind sehr gut. Im Sommer haben sie auch eine Terrasse zum verweilen. Einfach mal ausprobieren!

Haben den Take Way von diesem Restaurant in Anspruch genommen und waren voll begeistert! Das Essen war schon nach 15 Minuten zum Abholen bereit, und das Personal äusserst freundlich. Zudem war alles frisch, heiss, und in einer äusserst guten Qualität. Wir werden sicher von dieser Dienstleistung in dieser schwierigen Zeit erneut gebrauch machen. Mit freundlichen Grüssen A. M.
