"We ate with family as usual every Sunday night at To Panda. As every time we highly recommend this excellent Chinese restaurant. All dishes are very delicious and delicious. Personally I think the price of the single menu In VOLONTÉ is a real advantage because we can really taste everything for a low price. The waitress, cuistos and all the staff are spoiling us all along the meal with a beautiful smile and make sure you don’t miss anything. The products are fresh, top! Top! "En terrasse avec vue sur Moissac et son coeur de ville. Jolie terrasse et cuisine de qualité. Nous avons pris le menu avec sa salade terre mer ( foie gras truffé et saumon fumé ) de belle qualité et un veau de 7h ( il manquait juste un peu de sauce :O) mais je suis gourmande. Le sabayon aux framboises était délicieux. Belle soirée, personnel agréable."

"This was one of the worst meals we have had in France. How bad a meal can be if ‘nouvelle cuisine ‘ is not well executed. Each course then resembles a dull ‘amuse bouche’. You pay an enormous sum for very little and leave the place cross and hungry thinking how you have been conned into paying so much for so little. Oh for the days I can remember when France delighted with good restaurants giving delicious food for such reasonable prices. And the modern practice of the poor waiter standing by our tiny helpings telling us what it was didn’t help either. It was embarrassing and the wipeable brown mat on the table, a cost cutting device, unattractive."

"This small place offers a changing menu every week – two choices for starters, two main, two desserts – as well as a cheese plate before dessert. Decoration is refined, tasteful and often quite subtle in a very special way. For example, spring spa was celebrated in an appetizer with a heavenly light asparagus cream between layers of millet-feuille bakery. My wife's beef and my fish were cooked perfectly, nicely plated. And the portion sizes were perfect – they describe them as tapas/small plate, which was quite a lot of space. Since the menu changes weekly, describing the individual dishes is not helpful, but I will notice that the cheese plate fine Roquefort with a small drizzle of duck reduction - an amazing combination of flavors that impressed us both - and a dessert that combines a homemade waffle (dink of a waffle cone more than a breakfast waffle), strawberries, Rhabarb and edible flowers... And what? Amazing, amazing. If we lived somewhere near Moissac, we would have every chance. Btw, if you are used as we are to pay US restaurant prices, plus taxes and tips about it, you will think a meal of this quality would be easy 2.5-3 times what these costs. It is still low season, in any case before when you plan a trip here."
