"This restaurant was on the corner, just a few doors down from our rental apartment. The owner/host was amazing. Recommended excellent food options. Prepared me a bourbon drink which was out of this world! Each time we'd walk past, he remembered us and would wave and greet us as if we were old friends. This is exactly the kind of neighborhood restaurant I'd expect in Paris. Quaint, quiet, friendly, good food, good company what more could you ask for!? (Yes, its 8 months later, and I'm STILL raving about this place!"

It was okay. Not the best value or meal but better than average. There are better places to eat but I think this would be a fun place for drinks.

We had a great family dinner at Le Petit Caillou in early June. The food was all quite good, the personnel were very friendly and helpful, and it is just a short walk from the Champ de Mars and a terrific view of the Eiffel Tower.

We came to have our lunch in this little neighborhood bistro and we were really not disappointed! The staff is very welcoming and caring. the service is fast and the dishes are excellent! bravo the guys will be back on the occasion of a new Parisian getaway.

Le petit caillou has a great location near the Eiffel Tower, and so we decided to give it a try. The inside of the restaurant is quite warm, we decided not to stay outside because we don't smoke. The food was average, for French standards even below expectations. Prices were quite normal to Paris as a city but quality and taste of Of food wasn't where it should or could be.

So glad we ate at this restaurant. We decided to try this restaurant based off of reviews and it was close to our hotel (which was also amazing). Staff was fantastic. Food was unbelievable and we could have ate and drank all night. The ambiance was just perfect and it was our perfect first dinner in Paris! Will be back next time we are in Paris. This is a must!! and make reservations. Its a small place and gets crowded quickly.

We were a dozen a week. menu entry, dish, dessert. I staled on the Mayo egg, cucumber. simple and classic. burger dish and fried houses. I tasted the fries that were succulent. I took my legs with truffle juice. What a horror! insipid, vulgary low-end shells with diluted liquid creme. I didn't even finish the dish. No interest. Really disappointed. friendly welcome but I wouldn't go back. 23 euros with the coffee. dear, coquillette.

The place looked lovely and the guy who owns it was very welcoming when we arrived. We ate some snacky food which was delicious but came with a massive slab of butter when we had no bread just cheese and meat...this was one of the weird things . The other slightly weird thing was we ordered drinks and then the owner told us he was going to make us something else !? and then tried to charge us quite a bit more for it. We refused which was fine but a bit difficult. The drinks themselves were delicious.
