One of the best schnitzels ive had in a long time. You do pay however pay a little extra for this. Worth it!

Absolutely gorgeous food. Dont expect fast food. This is beautiful and slow. The food was traditional with a twist. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Book to get a table

Much of the German food I've eaten in Berlin has been extremely average, so I was pleasantly surprised at just how good Lebensmittel is. It's a super Deutsch affair, brightly lit restaurant with lots of wood everywhere. No starters on the menu, no messing around. Portions are enormous, food is hearty and delicious, and make sure you try their Kaiserschmarrn (one is DEFINITELY enough between 2). Definitely check it out if you need your German food fix

the restaurant is not very big, but it has a really good mood. the day we came in was told that the kitchen of 4pm-6pm takes a break. I'm not sure if this is daily, but we did it. the food was very fresh and tasty. large portions. we had dessert the cheese, the calf and the imperial pancake. it should be the best place for spatzle in berlin, and this place has not disappointed. that is a big scream to the staff. our waiter was very friendly and informative, spoke at least 3 languages. in any case a place to check out.

Small grocery wine shop converted to a restaurant. We called them at the last minute to ask if they would have space for us, and they saved us a table. Friendly service and good wholesome food. Portions are LARGE, the schnitzel seems to be the local favourite as pretty much everyone around had ordered it. We had Ox cheeks and wild boar which were quite good. The highlight was the dessert which was a pancake of sorts with a plum compote. Really, really tasty. The waiter suggested a glass of wine which was perfectly matched. And the beer recommended was great as well. Quirky atmosphere with a chair hanging from the roof! Definitely worth a try if you are looking for a place for a nice relaxing... Visualizza piatti
