"Short version: Simply immangeable. Probably the worst restaurant I went to. I'm not used to leaving such critical comments, but this time, impossible to make the impasse. It looks more like a very poor Chinese buffet than a Japanese restaurant. Too bad not to be able to put a lower grade. Friends of Japanese cuisine connoisseurs, I invite you to try the MEV in front of the Mulhouse Zoo. This restaurant is in my opinion the best in the area. We ate at 3 for the same price as tonight at 2 in this move. Salad served with the soup menu was a simple bunch of green salad without presentation and bathed in a very sweet seasoning. The Gyozas didn't seem fresh. Very fat, oily, hard and also covered with sugar. The maki california, still very sweet, would have been said a mixture of mayonnaise and sugar rice. The summum was the arrival of the soup. I can't take more than one spoon. The same very sweet soy sauce inside. First time of my life I see a sweet soup... and very sweet. Insipid noodles, glued that didn't seem fresh at all. Just five minutes after I got my soup, we were at the crate. However, we did not tell the couple who manages the restaurant when they asked us if everything had gone well. Nothing says no, even if there was a lot to say. But it would not have been correct to humiliate them so in the eyes of the young boy present to their side. We didn't finish our plates and I didn't touch that soup. The only thing I could eat without thinking about was ginger brooms. "We came to dinner as a family, on the occasion of our daughter's birthday. A surprise guest having been added during the meal, the manager was kind enough to wait for our main courses in order to be able to continue this culinary experience together, and this despite the somewhat limited schedule. A big thank you for your kindness and your responsiveness, and a special mention for our server who knows how to combine efficiency and a smile. Some will say that this disposition is part of the function in the service, and yet these qualities have become more than rare in nowadays, and therefore deserve to be highlighted. As for the dishes offered, of course the quality of the products is there. But what is most remarkable in my opinion is the agreement between the different flavors. "The Kebab is rather good indeed, which is not so common., however, for people like me, for whom hygiene is an essential factor is really not the top.. Yesterday at night, for my second visit, I ordered a kebab to take away, and I was able to see some of my eyes that the person who made my kebab pushed the ingredients into the bread with his thumb, which more is without gloves of course, while he had the food clip in the other hand...
