Je trouve inacceptable qu'étant arrivés au début du service de midi, nous ayons trouvé les toilettes dans un pareil état. Et cela n'avait rien à voir avec un usager malpropre ponctuel. Le sol était si collant, ce qui prouve que cela n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis un moment et ça écœure vraiment."
