"First of all, we ate here 3 times because the ambience of the city and the trio of three restaurants next to each other are very nice and cozy. The food is delicious, but also depends on the day. Unfortunately, the service is not customer-oriented and courteous. We made reservations well in advance on all 3 days. When we were allocated a table for the second time in the passage (a lot of hectic activity), we kindly asked for another table as there were two more tables for 4 available. This was too much for the man at reception and he immediately rejected it. In addition, there was no waiter responsible for us, everyone served everyone else. It's annoying when another waiter asks you for a café for the fourth time. If you have just finished eating and are still chewing the last bite, you don't ask for dessert, but wait a few minutes. Unfortunately the service is just not good. The waiter with the glasses is the only one who knows his job very well and works efficiently and calmly.
