"the osteria has developed into an institution in ulm. there is hardly a restoration where as much is going as there. but that also has its ground. the load is large, spread urban flair (more rarely in ulm) and you can sit outside in summer on the square, in the so-called judenhof. the services are usually friendly, busy, and effective, because there is a lot to do. the dishes are to be classified as quality rather than günsting, and the quality is surprisingly high for such a large load.
