"Definitely book this restaurant now!! This chef, Jeremy, WILL be discovered! Every dish was cooked perfectly, well balanced, light and delicious. We ate at Michelin three star, Guy Savoy, two days ago and this guy is nipping at his heels. We have been eating our way across Paris for two months now and have had some wonderful meals but this one seems totally undiscovered relative to the quality of the meal. It is not traditional. It is contemporary, light and aesthetically beautiful. Book now before reservations become impossible! We stumbled upon it and had no problem booking but that has to be short lived. This place was amazing!"
