"the aljibe is a restaurant that is very good, considering that rubielos de mora is a tourist village that on weekends is flooded with valencians. the place is small (one or tables) so if you go on weekend, try to book. has the advantage of having on the other side of the road a good parking, which is appreciated in a complicated place to park, like rubies. the food is homemade and very well presented. The crumbs are delicious. I read in a tripadvisor that the almond sauce handy handy was exquisite and so it was. what attracted me the attention is that in a village of Aragon, where there are many wine areas with D.O. very prestigious the wine from the menu was manchego, but we must recognize that it is good wine, although usually in the good restaurants with menu of or euros they usually put a breed, but we already know that the tourist places are expensive. "Restaurante casero, muyyy hogareño y buen ambiente. Pedimos el menú por 18€. De primero lentejas que estaban muuuy buenas, y luego chuletón que estaba increíble, te ponen la plancha para poder terminar de cocinarlo, también el cerdo, que le faltaba sabor. Le pongo un 3, porque el cerdo y el postre para nuestro gusto le faltaba bastante sabor. La atención muy buena, y el lugar agradable. Es pequeñito, por lo menos la planta baja (no subimos). Salimos a 25€ por persona, ya que el chuletón tiene 9€ de recargo y el cerdo 2€."

"Hemos encontrado este sitio de casualidad, pero la verdad es que ha sido un acierto. Un antiguo convento del siglo XVIII, hemos empezado tomando un vermut en el claustro con los últimos rayos de sol de la mañana. Después hemos pasado al comedor recibidos por el dueño del restaurante Sito que nos ha atendido con una profesionalidad y una amabilidad impresionante. Nos ha aconsejado que comer y la cantidad y la verdad es que aunque quizá más bien por lo bueno que estaba las cantidades de los platos si serían un poco escasas, pero de sabor estaban increíbles. Luego una conversación muy agradable con Sito y con la promesa de volver otra vez."

"We stopped at this bar, it has a huge terrace to eat something in plan snacks after a motorbike route, and the truth that we've got right. We have asked for some bravas to share, good at their point with alioli and spicy, and 2 snacks one of them of tortilla of potatoes and the other of chorizo and longaniza could be longaniza picante, but I chose the normal any of them were very good. 1 Coca-Cola, 1 water , 1 coffee with ice and 1 infusion less than 18€ , which can be ordered more. the attentive and friendly boy. the baths were clean, inside there is a football that I wanted to play.We will return for another occasion"

"this small restaurant serves excellent, tasty pizza and local craft beer in a friendly atmosphere to cheap trips. the interior and exterior seats were also present. it seems very popular with the young, local amount. will definitely go back when in the opposite."
