I’ve visited this restaurant twice, had I lived in Berlin I’d visit weekly. If you’re into Italian cuisine don’t sleep on this restaurant, there’s no one thing to point out it’s just great food. Your tastebuds are gonna thank me that you listened

Ristorante italiano , dove la fama lo precede.Il titolare Maurizio , ha sempre fatto sentire a casa gli ospiti ed ogni cena è una festa.Locale ben frequentato , vivo e allegro.Grazie ai suoi cicchetti di vodka al caramello si esce sempre soddisfatti.Ottima cucina italiana per accontentare ogni palato!

we absolutely love this Italien. it's the direct neighbor of Veuve Clicquot @ KaDeWe in the 6th floor.the food and service is amazing. the have great dishes for example: truffle ravioli, Safran risotto, beef and Mascarpone pasta.the portions are definitely not big but enough if you take or share a starter. We thoroughly enjoyed the tomato mascarpone beef pasta and it was a generous portion but the service had a bit of an attitude. The setting is interesting, in the food court of KaDeWe opposite a sushi bar and Thai restaurant. I guess you could each...get something from different cuisines if you can’t agree on where to go.

Auf eine Empfehlung von Freunden sind wir zu zweit ins Ovest eingekehrt. Es hat sich gelohnt. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und der Service war spitze. Gleich am Anfang wurde uns ein Aperol Spritz angeboten. Es ist für jeden etwas auf der Karte, egal ob Fleisch, Fisch, Pasta oder für Vegetarier. Besonders zu Empfehlen ist die Pasta Ovest mit Rinderfiletspitzen und Mascarpone. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren das erste Mal im Ovest. Es fallen sofort die Plastikstuehle auf, die ich persoenlich nicht gemuetlich und schoen fand. Ansonsten ist die Atmosphaere angenehm. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und fuer den einen oder anderen Spass zu haben. Leider empfanden viele von uns die Portionen als zu klein. Im Verhaeltnis zum Preis waren diese nicht wirklich angemessen. Der Geschmack der Gerichte war in Ordnung. Visualizza piatti

We're visiting from New York and went to the famous KaDeWe. We had an amazing lunch at Pastabar Ovest on the floor and the friendly waitress told us to visit their main restaurant close to the Kudamm. So we went there and it was...totally worth it! Everything from the burrata, the bread, the wine and the entrees were great. The service was friendly and responsive. The atmosphere was just like in Italy. The best restaurant in Berlin so far, you'll be making a mistake by not spending an evening at this exceptional place.

Rasch zwischen zwei Beurkundungsterminen mit einem Kollegen ins KADEWE, in die Feinschmecker-Etage, ins Restaurant „italian touch“ gefahren. Wir haben sofort einen Sitz-Stehplatz bekommen und die sehr freundliche Servicekraft bediente uns zügig mit einer Flasche Wasser. Unter Berücksichtigung unserer wenigen Zeit bot uns die junge Kellnerin ein Spargelgericht mit Rinder-Filet und eine Spaghetti Bolognese an. Diese beiden Gerichte kamen „just in time“, sodass wir keine lange Wartezeit ertragen mussten. Die gereichten Speisen waren schmackhaft und von der Menge ausreichend, leider war auf die Bolognese Pfeffer aus der Mühle aufgetragen, sodass ich nur sehr wenig von diesem Gericht verzehren ko...

As an Italian, looking for a good Italian restaurant in Berlin, is a big challenge. Only few places met my expectations so far. By chance, last night, we ended up eating in Ovest as we needed something close to home and easy to reach. Although...the restaurant looks very nice, I didn't expect much, and yet, I was very surprised. After sitting, we got the usual bread basket. The bread itself wasn't specially good or fresh, but the olive oil on the table, was amazing! Very high quality! We ordered our meal and I had Bruschetta and Linguine alla Puttanesca.
