Vile! The girls on desk were useless, mixed up orders, we waited over an hour people were complaining, the food was awful the onions in the curry were raw it all went in the bin £37 wasted!

This restaurant was absolutely terrible. One thing I can't tolerate is finding bones in my chicken curry, and it still had the skin on it. I ended up throwing the whole dish in the bin. It was a waste of £35 and I will never be returning.

Absolutely disgusting the food is awful. A black bean which was floating in fat. But to top it all off the attitude from the female front of house is a completely different level. I ordered delivery from this restaurant yesterday and have no complaints at all. The food arrived piping hot and was of excellent quality. I am very picky when it comes to Chinese food, but I would give this restaurant a 10 out of 10. I just placed another order tonight. I highly recommend this restaurant.

First time using Parks after being recommended. Ordered online and our meal was delivered within the allotted time which was impressive for a Saturday evening. Very pleasant delivery driver. The food arrived hot and was delicious and we shall be using again. Thank you for filling the bellies of 4 very drunk friends.

We had a takeaway from here last night and it was excellent. The lady who served me was lovely and polite, the food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. We have been going to Parks for nearly 10 years, the new owners that have taken over and clearly have new chefs too. I have to say the food is now terrible, way too much food colouring to the pint it spoilt the food. Both of our favourite dishes have changed so much. The terrible food and with price increases is left us no option to find somewhere else to eat. It is no longer a joy to go to Parks. My recommendation would be to not go here.

Absolutely appalling service, I ordered a yuk sung and Singapore fried rice on Christmas Eve. And I got something that tasted like chicken casserole instead the yuk sung. Since when ? The fried rice tasted like there was washing up liquid in it . I Called up to complain for the bloke working there to have him put the phone down on me. FIRST TIME IVE BEEN SINCE NEW OWNERS, I miss the old food !!! I even gave the delivery driver a tip too . No wonder they only take cash, I would be asking for a refund from just eat

I went to this restaurant tonight and ordered Chinese food. I have never had any issues with this place before, but the meal I received was absolutely terrible. The chicken fried rice was dry and tough, the chicken balls were rock hard, the chicken satay skewers were burnt, and the duck chow mein was dry. The curry and sweet and sour sauces were very watery. Everything was extremely salty and unappetizing. I tried to call to get a refund since I didn't eat any of the meal, but couldn't get through.
