had a nice visit from beginning to end tonight. service, eating and atmosphere were amazing. especially shirley, summer and lewis were fab! all very good at their jobs and so friendly. we have already met with more family on Thursday.

I and my mother had a very nice and welcoming experience that the staff was very helpful and polite. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the pfeffer mill is the only place where I know where to do gluten-free chips and fish a coworker asked if I was the gluten-free medium, as I said, I have intolerance he was very helpful.

never before, but so nice. the staff is friendly and helpful, but eating has done everything. I had the frying dinner and I had never had a nicer the roasted carrots and papasnips my daughter is so a fussy eater and she shocked us all by eating the whole amount. very helpful that they have made smaller plates available for under 5s. will be coming back

The food was fantastic, hot, delicious and came out quickly, but it was the staff that really shone. All the staff were amazing but the lady that was working in particular was a credit to your team. She was so happy, helpfull and polite. She informed us of offers and even offered to keep my food warm when she saw I was feeding my baby and couldn't eat. This was out first visit and we have already planned to return.

I am here regularly, all staff are very attentive and care, they go over and for all. eating comes very fast, with perfect temperatures and cooked to perfection. everything on the menu is very customizable so that they can have everything exactly as they like it. the drink selection is great with the cocktails and gins to the lagiers there is much to choose. the carvery is perfect, juicy gammon, bark meat and truthahn with carefully seasoned veg, with gravy and her selection of sauces, it is all they want.

After arriving for a mother's day meal with my family, parents and siblings, we got told our booking hadn't been made, the system in place had given us confirmation but the restaurant had rejected it. The welcome host Glen was very helpful tho and sorted us a table which we would have to have cleared by the hour this wasn't a problem as we appreciated him being able to help us get a meal together. The staff were very helpful when we required extra cutlery and asked us on a few occasions if we needed anything or more drinks they were friendly and professional
