had a nice visit from beginning to end tonight. service, eating and atmosphere were amazing. especially shirley, summer and lewis were fab! all very good at their jobs and so friendly. we have already met with more family on Thursday.

Excellent food tonight, gammon egg and chips cooked to perfection. After a short break we had dessert, which was absolutely delicious. Lewis was superb in his attentive manner and customer service. 5 stars all around tonight. Thank you

There was only the carvery available which was absolutely fine with us but it was disgusting, not very warm, overcooked and undercooked veg and very dry meat, in most parts unedible. I am here regularly, all staff are very attentive and care, they go over and for all. eating comes very fast, with perfect temperatures and cooked to perfection. everything on the menu is very customizable so that they can have everything exactly as they like it. the drink selection is great with the cocktails and gins to the lagiers there is much to choose. the carvery is perfect, juicy gammon, bark meat and truthahn with carefully seasoned veg, with gravy and her selection of sauces, it is all they want.

Food was off poor standard which I expected being a chain pub. The most shocking was that we were asked to leave because our time was up before all of our party had even had there pudding brought to us. Honestly poor customer service Worst I’ve seen in a while. I did complain but the I’m guessing some type of duty manager who said he would return with some type of compensation simple did not return If a company is not able to deliver a decent experience on Christmas Day best to not offer service than provide poor effort.
