On 27.10.2021 at 6.30 p.m. we have ordered a big special, 1 river 0.7 mineral water, pizza bread and two pasta dishes with fish. After an hour of waiting, all the guests except us already had their food, even those who came after us, we allowed to ask when the food came. The operation said: It takes time. Not even the pizza bread was served. When the service asked us if we wanted to eat, it was too much for us. Good service and kindness looks different.
