"If you like myself like to sit outside a coffee shop and have a nice cuppa and a ciggy this is not the place for you. See photo. I was sat in this chair after buying a coffee and lit a cigarette, within seconds a member of staff shot out the door shouting you cant smoke there you have to be outside the barrier. So we did move and stood the other side of the barrier and within 4 inches of the chair i was sat in. There was nobody else sat outside at the time and this area is not covered its just an open space in the main street. I finished smoking then sat back down and finished my average coffee. 5 doors away is cafe uno where you can smoke outside and is far better coffee."

A wonderful sunshine welcome from Aime as my husband and I swung by to grab food on the go. True smiles will change this world and Aime made the experience smooth and perfect.

always take a coffee here. service is fast and coffee is good! some really beautiful employees here, especially at weekends. always nice to get her coffee with a smile or a chat

A decently average Pret, no queuing, speedy service, though they didn't have my favourite chickpea sandwich. Back of the restaurant was a little chilly so head for sunny window if you're after warmth.

In short they have started putting stickers near the lip of re-usable cups which are difficult to get off but more importantly the adhesive residue attracts dirt/bacteria. I asked them not to do this but was met with sarcasm.

C’mon Pret get your staff to cheer up and smile and generally be happy that customers keep them in a job!Yes we are buying just a roll and smoothie but I did spend good money on it and it’s not a tall order to get staff to smile and greet us instead of talking between themselves!

The sidewalk in front of the restaurant is very narrow, often only allowing for one person to pass when a car is parked in front. If Pret a Manger didn't have their terrace and there wasn't a car blocking the way, there would be enough space for 6-7 people to walk comfortably. Thank you.

the first time to this second. I love pret and that's a nicer one. At 10 o'clock there was still a lot of booze. the porridge is always totally tasty with honey. soou good. my friend had a veggie egg white omelette and really liked it. we take our own cups and filter coffee is only 49p. brilliant! recommended

I visited Pret for a coffee and a pain au raisin. Ami served me and she was a pleasure, a true asset to the restaurant. She greeted customers warmly and engaged in conversation as she worked. She made sure to say goodbye to those leaving, a nice touch compared to other places where staff seem uninterested. It was clear that Ami enjoyed her job and it reflected in her excellent customer service. The coffee was great and the pain au raisin was warm and delicious.
