Prezzo - Piatti

My mum and I visited Prezzo today for the first time in ages. Food was delicious. And Chris, I think he’s the manager, was brilliant when we had a complaint and handled it so professionally. Will definitely be going back. It’s been too long!

We were a party of 12 dining very early (about 5 pm). My pizza (Margarita looked and tasted authentically Italian and had a wonderful crust. Everybody's order was executed accurately and within a reasonable time. The house red wine was great too (soft and fruity).

As always looked after very well. Neb and Chris today.. The service food and wine were all excellent in a very comfortable environment. Really accessible as large car park with the Galleria shopping centre. In that context able to buy in a couple of shops. Highly recommend. Visualizza piatti

I came to this restaurant by myself this evening while on a work trip. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was prompt. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere, perfect for couples, families, and large groups. I enjoyed dining alone and spent my time people-watching. Thank you.

Absolutely phenomenal! We came for a family lunch and were not disappointed. Our daughter has allergies-milk and wheat- this was not a problem! Fresh gluten-free pasta and chicken cooked in only a few minutes. Service was fantastic-same level of respect given to everyone. Thank you so much.

The service and food at this restaurant are excellent. Neb, the manager, and the lovely waitress are very attentive. There is a great selection of food and wine. I highly recommend this place. Poor Service, bland food and only reasonably priced if you have a tastecard so it is half price. Manager is very friendly and professional. Food took ages to arrive. Starter was very bland and went for most expensive one. Mains we went for Pizza but it was over cooked so not enjoyable. Dessert was ok but seemed to be half the size of a dessert at other restaurants. Drinks are a rip off! £4.75 or 4.95 for Coke and £6.95 for a pint of beer! You literally have to wave to get the attention of the waiters. Overall was not impressed and there was only about half a dozen tables dining.

The visit was without issue and the staff did all that could reasonably be expected of them. Good choice of food and delivered quickly to our table. Seemed to be well prepared and was very enjoyable and tasty so absolutely no complaints there. The staff who attended to us were polite, helpful and deserving of praise. We didn’t feel rushed and they helped make the overall experience very pleasing. The air conditioning was a little aggressive for my liking. I enjoy hot food and a chilled restaurant may be great on a hot summer day but in November it just makes the dish go cold too quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant with a group of friends whom I hadn't seen in a long time. The atmosphere was great, the food was fantastic, and the staff were polite and friendly. We had a great night overall. However, when we went to pay for our meal, we were informed that they only accepted card payments and not cash. The only exception was for tips, which they accepted in cash. There was no information posted on the restaurant door or anywhere else indicating this policy. Thankfully, we all had cards with us, but it could have been a problem if we didn't. They should make it clear on their doors and remind customers before seating them of their cash-only policy for payment. Visualizza piatti
