We visited the market yesterday in the park of the Schloss Kranichstein and then we were in the restaurant Kavaliersbau. Nice ambience, very friendly service and good food.

Sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service und ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl dort. Das Essen ist alles in allem gut allerdings kommt es etwas drauf an was man bestellt. Ich hatte Nudeln die leider kaum gewürzt waren und nach wenig geschmeckt haben aber die Gerichte der anderen waren sehr lecker.

Ein wunderbarer Muttertags-Mittag bei tollem Wetter. Das Lunch-Buffet war erstklassig, sehr abwechslungsreich und absolut ausreichend. Es ist mit einem 5-Gänge Menü vergleichbar. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist entsprechend des historischen Hintergrundes ideal. We were on an ice cream coffee and a piece of cake in the restaurant in the afternoon. Both were good. In the evening we were there again with online reservations. The food was very delicious, both appetizer and main course. The selection on the map is absolutely sufficient and seasonal. Gut, mit leichten Mängeln. Positiv: Diätwunsch einer Teilnehmerin wurde gut mit der Küche abgestimmt. Essensqualität: Speisekarte modern und ambitioniert. Bei einer Vorspeise (Pulpo) war die Portion sehr überschaubar. Man hätte sich mehr gewünscht. Pulpo etwas salzig. Eine Hauptspeise: Risotto zu salzig. Nachspeise: Sabayone, eher etwas dickflüssige Soße als leichte Sabayone. Es gibt relativ einfach umzusetzendes Verbesserungspotential. Mit diesen Abstrichen zu empfehlen.
