"Wir kamen von Grindelwald und hielten in Interlaken für einen Zwischenstopp an. Da wir wussten dass Unterseen über einiges mehr Charme verfügt, sind wir beim Stadthaus eingekehrt. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und konnten auf der Terrasse Platz nehmen.Service:Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und auf die Wünsche eingehend. In der Schweiz richtig wohltuend, so bedient zu werden. Unaufgefordert wurde für die Kleine etwas zum Zeichnen gebracht.Essen:Die Karte ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend, mit lokalen Spezialitäten. Wir haben das Fondue genommen, Kartoffeln, Brot und Eingemachtes war dabei. Einziger Negativ-Punkt: die Menge. Für eine Frau und ein Mann war es zu wenig. Für CHF 26.00 pro Person kann mehr als knapp ein Drittel volles Kaquelon erwarten. Schade. Dessert haben wir uns Schokokuchen mit Thymian-Vanille Glace. Sehr fein, auch wenn der warme Schokokuchen eher trocken war.Infrastruktur:Sehr schönes lokal, Ambiente lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sanitäre Anlagen sind sauber und auf dem neusten Stand.Fazit:Das nächste Mal wird es nicht ein spontanes Nachtessen, sondern wenn wir in der Region Interlaken etwas suchen, gehen wir umgehend wieder ins Stadthaus. Nicht vergessen: Reservierung!"

Extremely unfriendly employees. Hardly any of them can speak German. Miki and what was said don't match. They are very slow and don't come when you want to order. You practically have to get them. 2 out of 5 stars. Food is good, the rest is snot Visualizza piatti

we loved our fondue dinner at stadthaus! staff was very friendly. service was timely and attentive. fondue was extremely delicious. atmosphere was fun and lively. we sat at the bar and had a great experience. highly recommend making a reservation as they are very busy and aren’t able to accommodate walk ins for most of the evening.

We found the meat very hard and tasteless! Even the hamburger, for the price, was nearly inedible! Service took a long time. I think the waitress was learning because she couldn’t really answer but then it became ridiculous because both the manager and her started talking German and laughing. It was incredibly pricey for the quality of the food. So many other nice restaurants to go to instead!
