"here I am back in hamburg and look forward to eating good Italian as in italien. When I watched the cook when eating, I noticed that he was eating with the fingers and not with the cute. at a court I noticed at least 5-6 times that he put his finger in the food and tasted. he wore rubber gloves all the time and I wondered about the purpose of this - why not use them to taste? I have seen the cook even in a salad break, also with gloves. when I prepare food for family and guests, I always use utensils to taste food, and I only use the utensils once - for a professional chef I would have expected that. by the way - I have never seen how the cook once washed the hands. the last service was good:)"
