"We arrived at 7:30pm to an empty restaurant and we were greeted by a polite gentleman. We had a drink and ordered our food. The food was very nice but I do feel that as we were the only people in the restaurant that it came very quickly and we were in danger of finishing our meal before we had finished our drinks. Overall we had a lovely evening and after a group of people entered we felt more at ease and less self conscious."

Although the service was quite good the risotto was hard and made with long grain rice I had to send it away, the steak sauce was very watery and had to be poured off plate, all in all a very disappointing meal

A little gem of a place which was rather unexpected given its location. Beautiful food in a delightful cosy setting. Another excellent meal at R&M Italiano. Attentive service, great food and at what I consider a fair price. We took the children (8 and 15 with us on this visit and they enjoyed trying new to them dishes (such at the Herring with roasted carrots and onions in tomato sauce as well as staple favourites (pizza ! .

We had heard good report from friends. We were not disappointed, the Reception was friendly and efficient, drink orders taken quickly. We were given plenty of time to choose our food. The courses came out in good time and the food was excellently cooked and plentiful Wine was good quality. The whole meal was reasonably price. We will be back
