We went there for a new afternoon tradition in paris.... cheese and wine. The staff was very friendly, and although we only ordered a board of cheese, it was carefully presented and by far the best we have had here in Paris so far ... it was a perfectly pleasant experience.

Friendly, local charm in a touristy area. A rare combination, but my one chance to eat out in Paris was fun and comfortable thanks to the attentive staff! My fish dish was fresh and multilayered. My beer was not remarkable, but refreshing and went well with my food. I'll definitely return!

Die Lage direkt gegenüber von der Moulin Rouge lässt vermuten, dass es sich um eine Touristenfalle handelt. Doch wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Das Mittagsmenü für nur 12,90€ inkl. Rinderfilet, Käsesauce, Kartoffelecken und Salatgarnitur überzeugte sowohl geschmacklich als auch von der Qualität der Speisen. Gerne wieder.

Went here with my family and the food was absolutely delicious! The service however was poor. We struggled to get anyone's attention when we were ready to order as we were basically ignored. We were not offered any drinks and even when we ordered food they walked away before we had a chance to order drinks. The wine glasses that were on the table were promptly removed as well. My family of seven--4 adults and three children under the age of 7--- ate here on our first night in Paris. The restaurant is directly across the street from the Moulin Rouge and gives you a great view of the sign and people watching. The food was great, good selections, great portion sizes--I'm from Texas originally so I am used to big everything. After I gave my family a "talk" about European portion sizes, I was proved wrong. You can't go wrong with their chicken sandwich and you must try their salmon tartare. It is served in passion fruit cups! Fun and delicious! And they were very accommodating to the two passed out children on the banquette and the one in the stroller.

Great location. Waitress was very quick to accommodate us. We were going to the moulin rogue show and wanted a quick dinner. Ordered our meals. It was pathetic. My daughter ordered the fish and it had worms crawling in it.all the meals were so pathetic. We called the waitress and when we complained about the worms in the fish she said that it was organic and that they get fresh supplies everyday.The other meals that we got seemed that they were made much earlier. We asked her to take the meals away and she said that she could not. We then asked for the Manager who never came. She then came back to us and said that she will show the meals to the chef. She came back and told us that we did not...

This venue sits on a corner directly across from the Moulin Rouge.We were seated quickly - seating here, as across Paris is cramped so you're sat very close next to other diners. Not an issue for me, but if you want a cosy time and not have your conversation overheard you may not enjoy it here.I ordered a 'steak flank' which was sliced steak on a bed of risotto - the food meal was fantastic, perfectly cooked and tasty. Also tried the 'French Toast' dessert which was recommended by the waiters which was equally good.Speaking of the waitress, she was very good, if borderline manic - she buzzed around like she'd downed 15 red bulls - all very amusing.
