The supermarket is nice and clean, which is typical for this type of store. The only downside is the long checkout lines. It would be great to be able to get out of the store as quickly as you can get in.

Thank you to the wonderful cafe staff who kindly picked up my mobile phone and kept it safe for me when left it on the table. They even went out of their way to find me and return it! Absolute superstars!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE xx

My one big gripe is the lack of staff at tills, they've removed half of the staffed tills for self serve ones (which are usually having problems). Other than that, the Hardwick branch is good, with great bonus points on things I actually buy. Visualizza piatti

It wasn't quite what I expected; it was located next to a frozen food factory. I mentioned to my Facebook friends that I had some dip with my meal, but there were no penguin-themed items available. I'm sure it’s a nice place to shop, but I'm more of an Aldi and Asda person. Sorry!

I highly recommend this place for breakfast! The hot food is delicious, and the friendly atmosphere makes it even better. I visited again today (13/11/23) and enjoyed another fantastic hot breakfast along with a toffee latte. They also have a great selection of Christmas gift ideas in-store.
