Das Essen war super lecker und wir wurden sehr gut bedient. Hier zählt die Qualität und alles wird hausgemacht. Besten Dank für den schönen Abend. Wir kommen wieder!

Ambiente accogliente e proprietari che ti mettono a proprio agio cercando di soddisfare al miglior modo possibile ogni esigenza! Piatti tipici e ben preparati. Porzioni abbondanti e molto buone. Ne uscirete sicuramente entusiasti!!!

Was wir aßen, war durchgehend und für alle Teilnehmer deutlich zu salzig, mit homogen, d.h. bei Suppe und Hauptspeise in gleicher Weise, überwürzt. Beide schmeckten gleich, die Bestandteile, Petersilienwurzel und Pilze, kamen nur wenig durch.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend in diesem Esstempel erlebt. Das Essen, selbstverständlich nur mit frischen Zutaten, herrlich zubereitet, überzeugte in allen Aspekten. Wir und unser Hund wurden herzlich empfangen und sehr aufmerksam bedient. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Einfach die richtige Wahl!!

Abbiamo scelto questo locale a sankt Blasien e siamo soddisfatti: tuttavia non mangiamo carne e le specialità sono soprattutto queste... Ma anche per noi vegetariani c'è qualche buona ricetta, speriamo che aumentino! Ottimo strudel di verdure, buoni gli involtini primavera. Bella presentazione. Chef simpatico e disponibile anche - temerario! - a spiegare in italiano. Lo abbiamo apprezzato. Arrivederci!

A group of 6 of us (plus a fussy baby had an excellent meal at Silva Nigra, it is clear why this is the top hit on tripadvisor for the area. The food was ideal; between us we tried most of what was on the menu and found it all tasty and creative without relying on salt/stock for the flavours. The service was great, we had some translation provided by the chef, also some good wine recommendations, and help at keeping our fussiest party member fed and calm.
