"Very good address. Small room (around thirty seats), simple, nicely decorated in blue tones, accessible to PRMs. No menu but a 7-course menu which varies according to the seasons and the inspiration of the self-taught chef whose mastery has nothing to envy of those with degrees. Note that the menu will be suitable for vegetarians, a more than appreciable sign of modernity The cuisine is clearly gourmet and if there are no Michelin stars, there will be some in your eyes. Everything is fine, perfectly prepared, generous, the flavor combinations are well thought out, sometimes daring (special mention to the cheeses served...in tarts) and the food-wine pairing is perfectly mastered, the products come from small producers and we guess they were chosen with a passion for taste... The service is fast, warm, the dishes are described with just the right amount of detail, without overdoing it, very pleasant despite a few small faults here and there for those who are strict in the hotel industry: a drop of wine which falls on the tablecloth, a plate served across the table. But these little pitfalls will be quickly forgotten. The price is a little high (although not so much considering the area and the city) but the value for money is absolutely indisputable. An excellent restaurant to choose for a wonderful gastronomic evening where (very good) taste will be in the spotlight without the ultimately useless decorum of starred restaurants."

Very pleasant address, tested this lunchtime with the 'simple ' menu. (Very) well-crafted cuisine and nice wines offered as accompaniments. Very good work from the whole team!
