"We have eaten at the St Agnes hotel a couple of times, twice for Sunday Lunch and one other time we had food from the main menu. The food from the main menu is underwhelming, definitely overpriced regular brewery catering food. The Sunday lunch is slightly superior and better value, but unfortunately, on each occasion the vegetables were very under cooked; crunchy is an understatement (definitely not al dente). However, having recently moved to St Agnes our main objective is to find a friendly local. Unfortunately, St Agnes hotel did not deliver for us, as we felt like the owners main objective isn't about fostering a relationship with returning customers. There is definitely a preoccupation of get you in and out asap. After we had eaten we felt compelled to drink up and leave (not because our table was booked as it was 8.30pm and there were plenty of empty tables). We definitely will not be using St Agnes Hotel as our local."

Only popped in for drinks this year. A staple of our visit to St Agnes. Such a great pub, warm and welcoming.

I’d like to say a massive thank you to the team for a very enjoyable Sunday Lunch today! Sophie was a great waitress, alongside a young male waiter!

Quite reasonably priced food, enjoyed the mussels! Waitress was very friendly. The crab wasn’t great but if you’re after a pub lunch then it’s a good shout.

Sunday roast was excellent highly recommend it. Consistently good, well cooked, hot , tasty and good price. If you are eating here I would book a table as very popular, best in the village. Visualizza piatti

Perfect spring morning at ST Agnes beach with the dogs we came into town late for lunch. Greeted by charming friendly staff at Coast. The menu looked good. We chose crab and prawn sandwiches on lovely fresh doorstep granary bread.....one of the party went for ham egg and chips which was excellent too!

Visited as a couple with 2 dogs. Lovely rooms with plenty of space, decent tele and comfy bed. St Agnes is a lovely little village with a great beach and bars surrounding. Breakfast is really good and breakfast staff were lovely, unfortunately the evening kitchen was closed but from a previous visit would definitely book for an evening meal again. Electric shower. Would definitely stay again.

We cam here for a Sunday lunch when on holiday in St Agnes. Service was incredibly slow- the staff were rushed off their feet and probably not enough of them. We were seated at the back of the restaurant and were waiting for our food when a man I assume the manager/landlord asked the whole pub if anyone objected to the football going on. We didn't think it would effect us, until he lowered a big projector screen right next to our table! We had to ask to move and fortunately were able to but with a baby, pram, toddler and 6 adults it was a real inconvenience. We felt it was dealt with really badly and the manager ? did not take it at all seriously. The food was bad quality with not much meat...

"So let us share our experience, We went in tonight as a family after seeing that it home made food on the drive to sennen and looked online and had a good look at the food available on the menu also looking to see if it was dog friendly and it ticked all the boxes, Upon arrival me and my wife went in 1st to ask if we could have a table for food and if dogs can go inside and staff were a little unsure but they confirmed we could upon asking for a table for 7 but one in a pram he said we don’t have the availability to cater I was looking at a table big enough and eventually said that this table was available whilst being seated we had 2 table one clean and the 2nd just been finished with so needed a clean but he came and cleaned both tables and he squirted the cleaner on a clean table and the over spray bounced off the table and went over our selfs then we were handed a menu freshly printed A4 paper thrown on the table (WET TABLE) so they stuck to the table upon agreeing what we wanted we went to the bar within 2-3 mins of being seated we knew what we wanted and when we asked for the meal it was OUT OF STOCK (Sunday lunch) ok fair so as I was with a family member at the bar I quickly rushed back to the table to ask my daughter of an alternative she wasn’t happy, So I made a meal up of all the extras on the menu so I went back to the bar to find my family member ordered 2 fish and chips then I realised my wife also wanted Sunday lunch so I quickly rushed back to ask her what she wanted and went back to the bar just as my family member left and asked for fish and chips was also sold out also! 99% of the menu was SOLD OUT this should of been discussed upon arrival not as we were ordering I run and operate my own business and this isn’t how I would treat my customers this isn’t how an establishment should be ran! Even when I was standing trying to order a member of staff was standing there arm against the wall doing nothing while customers are standing waiting to be served! So we decided not to eat and my family member went back to the bar to ask for a refund as we couldn’t eat as a family and the staff were iffy about offering a refund but 10 minutes later they did refund my family member as it became a scene for other people as they could see what had happened! This establishment should be call the 1st and late time you come here! We ended up walking to the chip shop down the road for food we are very disappointed in this company and establishment! For anyone who wants to eat please make sure they HAVE STOCK how can this establishment run without stock? Never again tonight they lost over £200 revenue due to this situation!"
