we waited for more than 50 minutes for drinks. the meals were very good, but do not compensate bad feeling of slow service.

they need to wake up and see the new competition from the newer restaurants in the environment. nothing seems to be changed since the beginning, okay, but nothing I'm going to go back for.

We haven't tried the pancaces but people around us thought they were great. I had a mix of American/Mexican and it was totally ok! The staff was very friendly and the house itself is cozy!

My familie and i, went to Heiligenhafen totally out of season, but this restaurent was still full with people, and i understand Why, we had beef and the kids had spareribs, it was great, we will visit again next time we come to germany Heiligenhafen....See you.

from the outside you can see a beautiful old house that was involved in salt trading. in the inner, they still “feel” the old traditional ale house atmosphere. the menu, although quite extensive, is however American. spar ribs, buffalo wings, etc. it is not bad, but it is not. stand out. service was efficient and super friendly.

Long menu, same for lunch and dinner, with many daily and seasonal specials. It can take long to read through all the offerings. The day we were there featured the schnitzel special with more varieties than one could imagine. The restaurant was full, but the...wait person managed to find space for everyone and did not rush the family sitting long after they had finished. Pleasant and friendly.

We (4 adults) came here after a full day outside in the nature. We were convinced that we needed a steak, and we got 4 perfect steaks, baked potatoes and apfelstrudel for dessert, and one icecream. The seating on the first floor was excellent, the...wine marvellous. We were lucky that a seating was available, on this cold saturday evening in march, it seemed like full house to us. The waitresses were kind, quick and friendly.

Our usual restaurant was closed. Locals suggested this establishment. We weren't disappointed. Service was excellent and friendly. The interior had a rustic charm. We had three different meals. I asked for a change in a side dish that came with my meal. The change was...made with out a problem. All were well presented and of good quality. There is a nice variety to choose from and the prices reasonable. Can highly recommend the restaurant. I will return on my next visit in the area.

The first impression was good and we were told we could take any table outside. The staff were nice and we also saw that one could ask for Swedish written menus as well. We tried the Ceasar sallad (made vegetarian) and the vegan dish which...was yellow lenses with squash pasta. Even though the vegan dish didn't look very good it tasted very good. Nice to see some good vegan food out here. The ceasar sallad was ok but not amazing. We finished off with some nice ice-cream. Very nice looking place as well (good surroundings).
