Lunchtime visit the food was realy good. I cant wait to return. I cannot express enough how disappointed I was with my experience at The Bridge Inn. I would not recommend this pub to anyone unless you are a local. In 2024, it's surprising to encounter such judgmental and argumentative behavior. It seems they only care about local customers. If that's their business model, they should be upfront about it when people try to book. My advice would be to communicate that clearly to avoid wasting people's time.

I am flabbergasted by how rude the manager Helen is. I have never experienced customer service like this and Marstons really need to review her position. I feel so sorry for the staff that work under her. I had left a review on TripAdvisor and her response is a massive lie and even called my most excellent, well behavied 10 Yr old daughter disrespectful. This is disgusting and completely out of order trying to blame a child for her own behaviour? I really wish I had recorded this experience to send to Marstons.
