I've been here a couple of times each visit the food didn't disappoint, amazing! Service fabulous and staff always welcoming and friendly... Definitely recommend and will be back again soon!

Amazing food, not the cheapest as pub grub goes but certainly good value for money. A notch above average pub food. Servers friendly helpful and attentive without being. In your face. Great overall experience

I have never received such amazing service before, especially considering the low cost. The food and service were absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely return. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5 out of 5.

Party of 11 to celebrate a special birthday. Excellent food. Excellent service. Set in an excellent room. Lovely to have every detail checked and accommodated for. Nice to have a small interlude in between courses. Pleasant and courteous staff. Excellent value too.

This restaurant never fails to deliver. Great food, good selection of beer and lovely staff. Always a friendly atmosphere that never disappoints. Been several times and everything time seems better than the last. One of those places that makes you want to book again as soon as you leave.

My dad and I had a great day out at this restaurant. We enjoyed food and drinks at lunchtime and received very good service. We will definitely visit again. There are plenty of parking spaces available, and the atmosphere was excellent. I highly recommend the Fish and Chips and Sausage and Mash dishes. The price per person is around £30-40 for lunch.

*Reservations recommended* The food is fantastic and beautifully presented, with reasonable wait times and friendly, well-dressed staff always available. The restaurant can accommodate large groups both inside and outside. There is easy wheelchair access, though navigating around tables can be a bit tight. Prices are competitive despite the upscale appearance of the restaurant and bar. Just be aware that the car park can fill up quickly, but street parking around the premises is usually available. Overall, a wonderful place to dine or simply stop by for a drink.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was welcoming and attentive, the seating was comfortable and stylish, and the food was excellent. We arrived in time to take advantage of the great value multiple course meal option before 5pm. We started with a delicious mushroom and garlic bread, and I particularly enjoyed the crabcakes. The roast of the day was a popular choice, but I couldn't help but notice a steak and kidney pie being served at a nearby table that I will have to try next time. We left feeling completely satisfied, with friendly staff and a very reasonable bill. We will definitely be returning soon!

The Carnarvon helped us celebrate our small Christmas eve wedding. We was in the glass House area which was nice and private. The food was perfect and all our guests was happy and enjoyed what they had ordered. We opted for the Christmas fayre menu to keep it simple which had a decent choice on it for people who didn't want an actual Christmas dinner. The only mix up I had noticed is some people wanted custard and not cream on their puddings but it was sorted straight away with no fuss. Our guest who haven't been to the Carnarvon before was commenting how nice the place is and want to visit again.
