"Booked a table for a Sunday (17/09/23 afternoon for my Grandmothers birthday, we had seen good reviews and were hopeful for a lovely meal. We were sat down on a sticky table, ordered drinks, and eventually ordered food. Despite having very few customers (after 3:30pm we were often forgotten about. Starters and mains came out and were adequate (if a little cold . We ordered desserts which were disappointing and coffees that tasted burnt. When we finally asked for the bill, we were again forgotten and had to ask again, and when it eventually came had been charged a whopping £100.05 for a single trifle. When this mistake was pointed out, there was no apology, no explanation of an accident or anything. Due to this sour response, we requested the service charge be removed too. The staff member then huffed and stomped away very rudely. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry I was disgusted and embarrassed to have brought my family here for a celebration. So upsetting. My advice would be check your bills carefully if you attend. (Attached is the £100.05 trifle itself (which was definitely not worth it!"

We attended the Farmer’s Market in September, lovely selection of fresh food! Coffee and breakfast rolls were delicious and a great atmosphere in the garden.

Absolutely wonderful. Not the cheapest, but certainly worth every penny spent. A wonderful menu and the scallops were served up with the most theatrical gesture. I will certainly be going back.

Absolutely brilliant. The food was incredible, one of my favourite meals ever. The service was terrific and the Inn is clean and welcoming. I literally can’t fault it. Loved it and will be returning. Thank you so much.

went to farmers market. had a lovely morning. great stalls. brought amazing lasagne and selection of freah salads. relaxed in the garden for a couple of hours . lovely atmosphere and start to the weekend. will definitely be going regularly.

First class food choices combined with friendly efficient service in relaxing surroundings. If you’re a walker it’s only a short distance from nearby Burnham Beeches. Or if staying locally e.g. Windsor it makes a change from the busy tourist traps.

I had an amazing dinner at the upscale restaurant with excellent service. They provided extra goodies like canapés, mushroom cappuccino, and dipping breads in addition to the delicious 3-course meal. The atmosphere at the restaurant is always welcoming and relaxed, and they offer a variety of menus to accommodate different budgets.
