Poor selection and for what is overpriced

Pastries coffee great. However let down by only paper cups as no china available. Staff did not know why. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just came here for coffee and cake. There was a great selection of hot and cold food. Prices were pretty high and the quality of the cakes wasn't great. Victoria sponge was a bit on the dry side. There is loads of seating both inside and out. Restaurant was clean and very tidy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10

Went there last weekend. Being served by not experienced staff who didn't know how to cut sausages and when knife was dropped on the floor then ended up on the chopping board again (without washing). The food was exceptional, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff and quick service, also receiving a score of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and comfortable, earning another 5. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal with great service and a wonderful atmosphere.

I found my sandwich to be fresh, though slightly lacking in flavor. However, I questioned whether it was worth the price. The prices of the hot food items deterred me as well. Despite this, I ended up spending £20 on 2 boxed sandwiches, 2 cold drinks, and a packet of crisps - double what I would pay at Waitrose. On a positive note, the staff were friendly. I would rate the food a 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3.

We used to visit national trust and Kew Gardens but stopped due to consistently bad food. Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was no different. The food was very expensive and poorly prepared. We ordered chicken thigh with new potatoes and a summer salad (which consisted of mostly root vegetables). While the chicken was okay, the potatoes and vegetables were undercooked and rock hard. For a meal that cost over £15, this was extremely disappointing. On a positive note, we had tea and cake at another location in Wisley and it was excellent, so I would recommend trying a different dining option within the area.

I was in a food hall last weekend, I want to write first of all about the rude waiters, who waited 20 minutes to come to the table where I was sitting, when the waiter came to me, he had a very indifferent face, in front of which I decided to take the tray, when I came to the table on which the trays were standing, the first tray I got was dirty, after that I saw a girl who, as I understood, works there and decided to ask her why the tray was dirty, since I understood that the girl does not speak English well, but no looking at this, the girl was very polite, unlike the waiters, I wanted to get to know her better, but she did not understand English, and as I understood, she did not have time...
