Having been treated to lunch at The Gardner's Arms, Alderton I was impressed by the service, calm ambience and of course the food. I indulged in a steak and ale pie with chips and fresh vegetables. Fantastic place for a meal. Sunday lunch was great . Would visit again if we are ever in the vicinity . Stayed at the Caravan and Motorhome club nearby and we were given a discount because of our stay there . The landlady was very amiable , she said a motorhome can stay in the car park for one night at a cost of £15, but if you had a meal it would only be £5 Price per person: £10–20
