"First time diners. Us three girlfriends decided to give it a go and we’re not disappointed. We hadn’t booked but they quickly found a table next to the roaring fire. Lovely. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Sharon was our waitress and she was a star. She sorted out a lovely meal for my gluten free friend. I will definitely be visiting again this time with my husband. Thank you. Price per person: £20–30"

We took our New Zealand cousins for an English pub evening meal and they were only able to describe it as a poor average experience. My wife's meal was the sea bass and was cool, my burger was ok fish and chips nothing special with the curry ok. Unfortunately we did not think we would return in the near future.
