"I feel very lucky to have been part of the large group which had the honour of being Feasts very first afternoon tea booking yesterday! From start to finish we couldn’t have been more impressed and the extra little touches (popcorn nibbles to start and an extra surprise sugar kick at the end) made this one of the best afternoon teas I have ever experienced. It was absolutely delicious and amazing value for money. Thank you to Jenn and the whole team for making our afternoon so special!"

"Called in today for an impromptu late lunch. Staff were attentive on arrival, and very prompt but not too pushy) in taking my order. I decided on a toastie. When it arrived it was a very generous sized toastie with fries, salad and coleslaw. It was absolutely delicious. And fantastic value for money Even though they were busy the dining area was clean with no tables full of dirty pots. Staff were friendly Selina was very professional and made time to make people feel welcome. I even took a homemade cheese scone away with me to keep me going on my night shift that night. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back x"

"We dropped into the Ship just off the main drag in Bawtry after a long arduous day at the nearby Yorkshire Wildlife Park. The service was friendly and attentive with the food produced in record time which did concern me initially but I needed have worried as it was spot on. The parsnip soup was well thick and filing with two good pieces of warm fresh bread. The fish and chips were decent with nice thick cut fluffy chips. Reasonable value for x2 adult meals a starter and a couple of drinks each. Couldn't manage a dessert but there's always next time."

"We visited these tea rooms on the 23rd of September on the way home from Yorkshire, we ordered 3 cooked breakfasts, 2 lattes and a decaf tea, we had to wait a very long time for the food and when it arrived most of it was cold when we mentioned this to the lady serving she said it was because she had to leave the door open for the customers to come in and the draft was getting in the kitchen but the kitchen was nowhere near the door, also when we got home we noticed we had been charged for the drinks but the menus said tea and coffee came with the breakfast so we should have been told if certain drinks for example decaf tea were extra, The lady serving mentioned that they had only been there 3 days but this no excuse for cold food, We will not be returning"

"This is a nice place to visit with plenty of free parking, but there are no Blue Badge spaces available. The interior is tastefully decorated and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed and the background music is at a level where conversation is easy. The menu has a variety of options at reasonable prices. Our party of 12 was served promptly and efficiently. Some guests may be disappointed by the lack of a covered smoking area and wheelchair users may find it difficult to navigate inside. The toilets are located on the first floor, which may be a challenge for some. Overall, everyone in our group enjoyed the food with no complaints."
