"We visited this restaurant for the second time and enjoyed the food. The Yorkshire puddings were a bit overcooked, but still tasty. The sides were also delicious, especially the cauliflower cheese. The beef was tender and juicy. The service was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. We spent £200 for 6 people, which included drinks such as gin and tonics, fries, fish and chips, espresso martinis, and red wine. Overall, we had a great dining experience and would recommend this place. I was so engrossed in the delicious food that I forgot to take any photos."

Not been to the Snowdrop for many years. What a transformation! The food was delicious, the service was great and the cost was reasonable.

My favourite refuelling stop on the cycle ride from London to Brighton. Very good service and some quite creative dishes for a country pub.

eating is fantastic, the service is excellent and the drinks are always exceptional. the renter really cares and it shows in everything they do. that is a real gem of a pub.

The selection of ales is limited, but as a fan of dachshunds, the beer is good. The food is enjoyable, but the prices are a bit high. The dish I ordered was delicious, but seemed overpriced. The service from the staff was impeccable. Personally, the restaurant could improve by focusing on more traditional dishes. I left feeling like I was a star from a previous visit.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. I can overlook the fact that my food was served on a slightly crooked plate, as my main course was delicious, albeit a bit pricey. The Eton mess dessert was enjoyable as well, although also on the pricier side. Overall, we had a pleasant lunch experience and plan on returning in the future. Hopefully, they have fixed the issue with the crooked plates by then, as it feels a bit outdated.

We visited this restaurant at the end of 2023 and unfortunately, all members of our group got food poisoning. When we brought this issue to the attention of the management, they responded defensively and showed no remorse. The hygiene rating of the restaurant has recently been republished as 2 out of 5, which is not a coincidence. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. In terms of ratings, the food and service were both rated 1 out of 5, while the atmosphere was rated 2 out of 5.
