Cocktails were amazing, courtyard very cute. Pick any spritz and you can't go wrong.. incredibly well balanced. Olive Bruschetta a stand out. Spaghetti was tasty, but would come back for cocktails over pasta. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An absolutely perfect place with an exceptional atmosphere. Two visits, both equally great. Unfortunately full for the third time, but we will be happy to return next year! We were in Taormina in mid September and found this place while Googling for a vegetarian restaurant we were not disappointed! The ambiance is fabulous, we loved every wine we tried, and the bruschetta and tiramisu were delicious!! Unfortunately, we didn't get back to try their pasta dishes, but if we ever make it back to Taormina, I hope Timoleone's is still there. We met the owner, who was friendly, down to earth, and you could tell he loved and took pride in his restaurant. We saw him working as hard as the staff!! Five stars all the way!! Atmosfera molto accogliente in una zona cortile-come con luce piacevole la sera, servizio molto bello e attento, musica piacevole (cantoni italiani? La selezione di cocktail è varia e si può anche ordinare fuori dal menu, tutti i cocktail gustosi! Sono stato lì più volte e mangiato l'ultima volta. La bruschetta era molto gustosa, croccante con olio delizioso, pomodori freschi, spezie ed erbe aromatiche. I noodles, invece, erano difficilmente commestibili ma la consistenza era buona. Il piatto è venuto al tavolo tiepido e ha avuto un gusto indefinibile, bland e senza condimento. Il tavolo successivo anche sentito lo stesso modo e anche cercato di salvare qualcosa con spezie per lo stesso piat...

Edited review-Limted menu for vegans in a vegetarian restaurant and on the night we went there were no main dishes available. 22 euros for pasta dish is very expensive )Which were all pasta dishes anyway We were not told until we had ordered drinks which we thought very bad as we would have gone somewhere else. We wanted dinner and drinks together. Later found out via the reply below that the chef had an accident. HOW were we to know?! We could not be understanding if we were not told. Waitress just said the chef had an incident with the pasta so it was not available. I really don't see why other options could not have been put together with other ingredients. Or things already prepared earl...
