Cocktails were amazing, courtyard very cute. Pick any spritz and you can't go wrong.. incredibly well balanced. Olive Bruschetta a stand out. Spaghetti was tasty, but would come back for cocktails over pasta. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Siamo stati a Taormina a metà settembre e abbiamo trovato questo posto cercando un ristorante vegetariano; non siamo stati delusi! L'atmosfera è fantastica, abbiamo adorato ogni vino che abbiamo provato e la bruschetta e il tiramisù erano deliziosi!! Sfortunatamente, non siamo riusciti a tornare per provare i loro piatti di pasta, ma se mai torneremo a Taormina, spero che il Timoleone sia ancora lì. Abbiamo incontrato il proprietario, che era cordiale, alla mano, e si vedeva che amava e si prendeva cura del suo ristorante. L'abbiamo visto lavorare sodo come il personale!! Atmosfera molto accogliente in un'area simile a un cortile con una piacevole luce serale, servizio molto gentile e attento, musica gradevole (canzoni italiane?). La selezione di cocktail è varia e si può anche ordinare dal menu; tutti i cocktail che ho assaggiato erano buoni! Ci sono stato diverse volte e l'ultima volta ho mangiato. La bruschetta era davvero gustosa, croccante con un delizioso olio, pomodori freschi, spezie e erbe. D'altra parte, le tagliatelle erano praticamente immangiabili, ma la consistenza era buona. Il piatto è arrivato in tavola tiepido e aveva un sapore indefinibile, insipido e senza condimento. Anche il tavolo accanto ha avvertito la stessa cosa e ha cercato di salv...

We wanted dinner and drinks together. Later found out via the reply below that the chef had an accident. HOW were we to know?! We could not be understanding if we were not told. Waitress just said the chef had an incident with the pasta so it was not available. I really don't see why other options could not have been put together with other ingredients.
