Wanting to get away from the center (too touristy), we came across this address with a reputation to match. A beautiful room, a very pleasant welcome and excellent advice from all the staff. Exceptional product quality, the selection of cold meats... Wow! The different pastas tried, the risotto THE specialty!!!! A beautiful table! And a magnificent wine list. Location ben arredata e personale gentile, attento e pronto a fornire ogni spiegazione. Anche il titolare è venuto al tavolo a servirci spiegando ogni piatto! Premuroso è dir poco!Abbiamo cenato un lunedì: davvero difficile scegliere tra tante meraviglie. Abbiamo optato per un tris di salumi per due persone e un vino appeso superlativo io da romana, non sapevo che fosse un tipo di prosciutto... . Non potevamo lasciarci scappare il risotto all 'amarone: delicatissimo e una porzione giusta per soddisfare il palato. Ottimo il quartino di vino Valpolicella! Tra i dessert, abbiamo preferito una pera cotta al vino guarnita di crema zabaione al wiskey. Un posto dove tornare. Consigliato vivamente!...

I wish I could give this place and this team more than five stars. They deserve it! Service was amazing. Friendly, helpful, molto gentile. They proactively accommodated our food allergies, which we disclosed during the reservation process, and also were so kind to give us additional cold cuts for our taglieri plate so we could try different varieties of local meats. We had taglieri every day since we arrived in Italy and everywhere it's been great, but here it was truly amazing, unbelievably delicious. My son and husband had the meat lasagna which was incredible, and I had the gnocchi with veggies so light, so fresh, so aromatic. You can taste the passion of the staff in every dish. We will...
